Suction type hydraulic rotary flange mechanism
The invention provides a suction type hydraulic rotary flange mechanism. The mechanism includes a hydraulic drive mechanism and a rotating flange pressing two parts, hydraulic drive comprising: a hydraulic motor, shaft, drive gears, wherein the drive gear is welded to the drive shaft . Rotating flange includes: gear threaded caps, T-type flange, seals, steel ring, top barrel flange suction anchors, bolts, water pump flanges, of which the inside of the gear screw cap is threaded outer gear, steel ring welded to the top flange of suction anchors barrel, T-thread connection flange and the pump flange. By hydraulic motor forward drive gear drive gear screw cap, the pressing mechanism of the docking ring to complete the installation, hydraulic motor reverse rotation is completed automatically from the flange. The mechanism effectively improves the efficiency of underwater installation and simple structure of the organization, reduce the construction difficulty. Meanwhile, the structure can be reused for the next shift moved migrate offshore oil platform, saving costs and duration.
