Device and method for disconnecting pipe joints
The invention relates to the technical field of installation of a seabed immersed tube tunnel, and provides a device for disconnecting pipe joints. The device is arranged in a joint cavity of two adjacent pipe joints and comprises a jacking unit, wherein the jacking unit comprises rotating beams which are parallel to steel diaphragms; the first end of each rotating beam is hinged to the bottom part of the joint cavity, the second end of each rotating beam is a free end, and each rotating beam can rotate in a plane of the corresponding steel sealing door which is parallel to the pipe joints; multiple jacks are fixedly arranged on the rotating beams in the axial direction in sequence; when the rotating beams are positioned in horizontal positions, the installation and dismounting of the jacks is convenient; during a jacking and disconnecting process, the rotating beams are moved to vertical positions, the multiple jacks are distributed along the longitudinal direction of a concrete pipe rack at the moment, the end surfaces are uniformly stressed, and thus GINA water stop belts are enabled not to roll over and an end steel shell and the steel diaphragms are enabled not to be affected during the jacking and disconnecting process of adjacent pipe joints. The device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, clear in stress, convenient to design and manufacture and capable of enriching the installation technology of an immersed tube tunnel to a large extent when being applied to a refloating pre-arranged plan of the seabed immersed tube tunnel.
