The invention relates to the technical field of immersed tube tunnel construction and discloses an immersed tube axis adjusting method. The immersed tube axis adjusting method comprises immersed tube submerging operation, immersed tube butt joint operation, hydraulic compression joint, drainage of ballast water in a ballast water tank and immersed tube adjustment. The immersed tube axis adjusting method is convenient to operate and low in requirement for foundation bed flatness. On the premise without additionally arranging internal adjusting equipment and external adjusting equipment, the immersed tube axis adjusting method can utilize an existing anchor cable system, an existing ballast water control system and an existing measuring and controlling system of immersed tube installation to adjust the axis deviation of pipe sections. The immersed tube axis adjusting method has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost and wide in application scope.
