A method for installing a plastic drainage plate by using a keel or adhesive tape relates to installing the plastic drainage plate on the wall surface of a building on the ground or under the ground or on a terrace, and can also be used for installing the drainage plate at the dome of a cave tunnel, so as to form a firm entire interspace layer.
