Self-loading and self-unloading loading machine
The invention relates to a self-loading and self-unloading loading machine, which mainly consists of a loading machine, a wagon box, an upper rotating oil cylinder, a support oil cylinder, a bucket oil cylinder, a bucket, a bottom frame, side frames and a bottom frame oil cylinder, wherein the wagon box is arranged between a loading machine cab and the bucket, is placed on the bottom frame and has the structure the same as an ordinary self-unloading wagon box, the side frames are arranged under the two sides of the wagon box, one end of the support oil cylinder is hinged to the side frames, the other end of the support oil cylinder is hinged to the bucket, one end of the upper rotating oil cylinder is hinged to the support oil cylinder, the other end of the upper rotating oil cylinder is hinged to the side frame, and the bucket is supported in front of the wagon box by the support oil cylinder and the bucket oil cylinder. During the material loading, the loading machine advances, and the bucket can be used for loading materials. The upper rotating oil cylinder enables the support oil cylinder to upwards rotate for lifting the bucket to move to a position above the wagon box, and the bucket turns for unloading the materials into the wagon box. After the wagon box is fully filled and is conveyed to a material pouring yard by the loading machine, the bottom frame oil cylinder props the back part of the wagon box for rising to forwards rotate, a front door of the wagon box is opened, and the material unloading is carried out. The loading machine can be used for material loading and transportation, meanwhile, the loading machine can also be used for material loading on other vehicles, and the use efficiency and the value of the loading machine are greatly improved.
