The invention provides a mechanical sewage draining well lid. The mechanical sewage draining well lid comprises a drain outlet, a well lid body, a water wheel, a linkage device and a returning device; the well lid body is arranged at the position of the drain outlet; the returning device is connected with the well lid body; the water wheel is located in the drainage direction of the drain outlet and connected with the well lid body by use of the linkage device. The mechanical sewage draining well lid is capable of preventing the stink generated by the sewage from spreading to the outside via the drain outlet, and is simple in design and practical.
