The invention discloses an inserted insulation plate. The inserted insulation plate comprises a baseplate, a panel and an insulation layer, wherein the insulation layer is positioned between the baseplate and the panel; the baseplate and the side surface of the panel are connected through a reinforcing edge frame; multiple inserting grooves are formed in one side surface of the reinforcing edge frame; and multiple inserting bars matched with the inserting grooves are arranged on the opposite side surface. The connection of multiple units of insulation plates can be realized through inserting; and a honeycomb bracket is arranged in the insulation layer, so that the mechanical performance is largely improved.
