The invention relates to a wall-hanging foam cement heat-preservation board and a preparation method for the same. When the foam cement heat-preservation board is formed, through holes which are far away from edges by distances of 30 to 50mm and have diameters of 10 to 50mm are formed in four corners, the formed heat-preservation board is attached to a wall surface, deep holes extending into a wall body by 10 to 20mm are drilled in the through holes in the four corners of the heat-preservation board, and then a high-toughness expanding agent is extruded into the through holes of the heat-preservation board and the deep holes in the wall body to obtain the wall-hanging foam cement heat-preservation board, wherein the high-toughness expanding agent comprises the following main components in percentage by mass: 60 to 85 percent of sulphoaluminate cement, 5 to 30 percent of fiberglass, 1 to 3 percent of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and 5 to 20 percent of water. According to the heat-preservation board, the difficult problem of pressure cracking caused by great bulk weight of the heat-preservation board is solved, and difficulty in construction is lowered; the heat-preservation board is resistant to high temperature, and requirements on an A1-level nonflammable heat-preservation board are met; the bonding force of the board and the wall body is strengthened, and high heat-preservation and heat insulation performance is achieved; a process is simple, and cost is low.
