The invention provides an assembled fireproof steel structure which includes a bearing framework, wherein a plurality of spaces in the shape of a Chinese character 'kou' are formed in the bearing framework, and low temperature liquid tanks are arranged in the plurality of spaces. A shielding cover is arranged outside the bearing framework; phase-change insulation boards and fireproof layers are sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the bearing framework and the shielding cover. The low temperature liquid tanks are made of brass; liquid nitrogen, water, etc can be filled in the low temperature liquid tanks; the height of liquid in the low temperature liquid tanks does not exceed 2/3 of the height of the low temperature liquid tanks. The phase-change insulation boards are made of FTC thermal insulation materials, and the fireproof layers are made of alumina fiber cloth. The bearing framework and the shielding cover are made of high-strength steel. The phase-change insulation boards and the fireproof layers which are sequentially arranged on the outer sides of the bearing framework and the shielding cover can effectively separate outside high temperature, the inside low temperature liquid tanks can well minimize the influence of outside high temperature to the interior, and thus sudden failure of the steel structure caused by sudden high temperature and severe shock can be avoided.
