The invention belongs to the technical field of landscape structure enclosure plates and relates to a nacreous composite reinforced plate. The nacreous composite reinforced plate adopts a multi-layer composite structure and comprises a multi-composite decoration layer, an external strength layer, a transition layer, a supporting layer, an inside liner, an internal strength layer and an interior decoration layer successively from outside to inside, or comprises a multi-composite decoration layer, an external strength layer, an inside liner, a supporting layer, a transition layer, an internal strength layer and an interior decoration layer successively from outside to inside. Particles and a fluorescer which have optical functions of refraction, scattering and diffuse reflection are added into the multi-composite decoration layer. According to the invention, insufficiencies in the prior art are overcome. The invention provides the nacreous composite reinforced plate which can meet technical requirements of large-scale landscape structure enclosure and decoration, has advantages of high rigidity of the plate body and good decorative effect and has multiple color effects of pearly lustre, crystal brilliance, metal, fluorescence and the like on the surface.
