Permanent modified ardealite compound heat-insulating template and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a permanent modified ardealite compound heat-insulating template and a manufacturing method thereof. The compound heat-insulating template is prepared by the following steps: smearing an adhesion agent (2) outside an extruded sheet (1); then smearing modified ardealite slurry (4) outside; and filling a reinforcing material (3) into the modified ardealite slurry, wherein the modified ardealite slurry is prepared by mixing calcined ardealite powder, cement, coal ash, quicklime, superfine slag powder, glass beads, emulsion powder, a water reducer, a retarder and the like in a certain proportion and then mixing with water. The compound heat-insulating template provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, quick to mould, large in yield, time-saving, labor-saving and manpower-saving, and the used raw materials are almost solid wastes, thus meeting the national policy and being energy-saving and environment-friendly and remarkable in economical benefit.
