The invention discloses an arc-shaped bamboo-piece enhancement type composite bamboo drum biomass member and a preparation method. The biomass member is structurally characterized in that a B composite bamboo drum (4) is positioned at the center and forms concentric circles with an A composite bamboo drum (1); arc-shaped bamboo pieces are uniformly distributed between the A composite bamboo drum (1) and the B composite bamboo drum (4); biomass fillers (3) are placed between the A composite bamboo drum (1) and the B composite bamboo drum (4) so as to form a composite-material member together; and the thickness of the A composite bamboo drum (1) is more than that of the B composite bamboo drum (4). The biomass member disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the characteristics of biomass materials are fully utilized, and agricultural and forestry biomass resources with rich reserve in China are applied in the structure member. The building member has the advantages of light self weight, high rigidity, good ductility, strong self-restoration capability, good economic performance, excellent seismic resistance and the like, is simple in construction procedure and can be applied in stressed or bent members.
