Anti-leakage structure for color steel tile roof chimney and construction method
The invention relates to the field of waterproof leaking stoppage structures formed after the installation of a chimney on the color steel tile roof of an industrial plant, in particular to an anti-leakage structure for a color steel tile roof chimney. The anti-leakage structure comprises steel structure upright posts constructing a plant main body, first-layer color steel roof tiles covering the top of the steel structure upright posts for serving as a plant roof, and a chimney penetrating through the first-layer color steel roof tiles. The anti-leakage structure is characterized by further comprising an intercepting tile layer which is paved on the first-layer color steel roof tiles and is also penetrated by the chimney, wherein each intercepting tile is provided with an upper bead and a lower bead which are arranged in parallel along the transverse direction of the plant; the upper and lower beads which are arranged in parallel form a plurality of transverse intercepting structures, so that water current flowing downwards in the longitudinal direction is shunted towards both sides of the plant. The intercepting tiles disperse the water current from the transverse direction, so that the phenomenon of water accumulation between the chimney and the roof tiles is avoided, and the corrosion of the roof tiles caused by long-term rain water soaking is avoided.

The intercepting tiles disperse the water current from the transverse direction, so that the phenomenon of water accumulation between the chimney and the roof tiles is avoided, and the corrosion of the roof tiles caused by long-term rain water soaking is avoided.
