The invention relates to a wood floor with a locking bolt. The wood floor comprises a wood floor body, wherein a connecting block is arranged at the right side of the wood floor body; a bolt hole is formed in the connecting block; a jack corresponding to the connecting block is formed in the left side of the wood floor body; a bolt hole communicating with the jack is formed in the left side surface of the wood floor body; an expanding slot is formed in an upper opening of the bolt hole. The wood floor with the locking bolt disclosed by the invention is convenient to mount, and can effectively fasten adjacent two floors.
