The invention discloses a feeder for high concrete pouring and tamping. The feeder comprises an inlet pipe, a circular mixing pipe, a direct falling pipe and a transverse guiding pipe which are sequentially connected, wherein a bumping post is arranged in the center of the circular mixing pipe. In general, the inlet pipe adopts a circular shape, and has the diameter of 200mm and the height of 500mm. The direct falling pipe adopts a variable cross-section circular pipe which is necked down from top to bottom, and the diameter of the upper opening of the circular pipe is 200mm, and the diameter of the lower opening of the circular pipe is 150mm. The cross section of the transverse guiding pipe is in a square shape, and the side length of the square is 150mm, and the transverse guiding pipe is inclined at a 45-degree angle. An elliptic cylinder capable of rotating along with a shaft is arranged in the middle section position of the direct falling pipe, and the shaft is provided with a drive motor and an external control system.
