The invention discloses a microcomputer prestress grouting control system, which comprises a grouting assembly, a controller and a computer, wherein the controller controls the operation of the grouting assembly, the computer is connected with the controller in a wireless way, the grouting assembly comprises a material cabin, a belt metering balance, a high-speed stirring barrel, a slurry storage barrel, a grouting pump, a vacuum pump and a slurry discharging valve, the belt metering balance is positioned at the bottom of the material cabin, the high-speed stirring barrel is positioned under the belt metering balance, the slurry storage barrel is arranged under the high-speed stirring barrel, the grouting pump is connected with the slurry storage barrel through a rubber pipe, the vacuum pump is connected with the grouting pump through a hole passage; the slurry discharging valve is connected onto the rubber pipeline connected between the high-speed stirring barrel and the slurry storage barrel, and the controller collects current signals, converts the current signals into data signals and then sends the data signals into the computer to be stored; when the collected data reaches the set value, the controller controls corresponding execution components in the grouting assembly to act. The fluidity and the quality stability of slurry are improved, the hole passage is fuller after the grouting, the slurry is compact after the filling, and the control is precise.
