The invention discloses a guide plate device of a simple roadside parking rack. The guide plate device of the simple roadside parking rack is aimed to provide the guide plate device for car carrying plate lifting for a simple and reliable roadside parking mechanism near a green belt at the roadside. The guide plate device of the simple roadside parking rack is mainly composed of a guide backboard and two lateral plates, and the guide plate plays a role of guiding the lifting of the car carrying plate. The guide plate device is fixed with a support framework of the car carrying plate through bolts, nuts and spot welding and assembled with an idler wheel. When lifting, the idler wheel rolls up and down in a groove of an upright, and meanwhile, one end of a diagonal drawing bar is fixed on the guide plate.
