The invention relates to electric type vertical lifting and falling parking equipment which comprises a base, electric push rods, lifting devices and contact devices, wherein the lifting devices are respectively arranged around the base, the contact devices are arranged on the upper ends of the lifting devices, the lifting devices and the base are connected through fixed frames I, the lifting devices and the contact devices are connected through fixed frames II, the electric push rods are arranged among the lifting devices on the base, one end of each electric push rod is connected with a sliding block of a rolling guide rail on the base through a joint, and the other ends of the electric push rods are connected with the contact devices through hinge joints. The equipment can be combined with a billing management system of a parking lot, related operations can be performed in emergency cases of garage entry, fee evasion exit, power failure and the like by aiming at garage entry and paying exit, normal operation and efficient automatic operation of the whole parking lot are guaranteed, the equipment has the advantages of attractive appearance and high efficiency, and the requirements of the billing parking lot on the parking equipment can be satisfied.
