The invention provides a cement telegraph pole height adjusting device. The cement telegraph pole height adjusting device comprises a cement telegraph pole, a heightened rod body and two main adjusting rods, wherein the lower part of the heightened rod body is fixedly connected with a first hoop; the two main adjusting rods are respectively positioned on the two sides of the heightened rod body; the upper parts of the main adjusting rods are fixedly connected with the heightened rod body through the first hoop; a plurality of bolt holes are formed in each main adjusting rod along the length direction of the main adjusting rod; the lower part of each main adjusting rod is fixedly connected with a second hoop through a bolt; the second hoop is fixedly connected with the top part of the cement telegraph pole. The cement telegraph pole height adjusting device can conveniently adjust the height of the cement telegraph pole.
