The invention belongs to a handle with an emergency lamp and a germicidal lamp. The handle specifically comprises a handle, wherein an emergency lamp and a germicidal lamp are mounted on a hand lever of the handle; and the germicidal lamp is positioned at the right side of the emergency lamp. The handle with the emergency lamp and the germicidal lamp has a push/pull function, and can illuminate in sudden power failure or at night; and meanwhile, the handle has the germicidal lamp, so that the bacteria propagation and the influence on family member health are prevented.
