A cambered nut is arranged at the outer edge of a rotating handle, the inner side of the cambered nut is fixedly connected with a screw arranged in the inner diameter of a sleeve, and the other end of the screw is screwed down with the longitudinal threads of the square connecting rotating shaft; when the cambered nut is rotated, the length of the square connecting rotating shaft capable of driving the locking bar of the window latch or the tongue block of the door sheet lock catch can be adjusted, and therefore, the driving rotating shaft mechanism is applicable to mounting the latches or lock catches of the window frames or door sheets different in thickness.
