The invention discloses a novel remote control anti-theft door lock system which is characterized by integrally comprising a left lock case frame, a right lock case frame, a left electromagnet, a right electromagnet, a left electromagnet coil, a right electromagnet coil, a bolt and a one-way knife switch. Opening and closing of a door lock of the system can be remotely controlled, the system can be mounted at any positions of a door without a key hole, and digital codes are safe and reliable by the aid of electronic remote control.
