The invention provides a handle simultaneous-locking linkage opening and closing electronic password door lock, and aims at disclosing a mechanical-electrical integration password door lock composed of a handle simultaneous-locking linkage opening and closing mechanism and an electric code matching unlocking electronic circuit device. According to the handle simultaneous-locking linkage mechanism, when the lock is opened, the handle is opened so as to allow a person to pull the handle to open the door; and when the lock is closed, the outer surface of the handle is pulled to be flushed with the plane of the door, therefore the handle is hidden, and there is not handle for pulling, so that the door is safe and reliable. The electronic code matching unlocking electronic circuit device is characterized in that the exclusive-OR gate same-entering zero-outlet logic function is utilized for achieving code matching unlocking. When codes are matched, a wheel shifting electric motor (1) locked through closing of a switch KR or an electric motor (2) with a shifting wheel rotates for unlocking, and the door is opened. According to the lock, wire or wireless code matching unlocking can be implemented, and a communication network can be utilized for implementing remote intelligent unlocking, and the new-generation technological product can be formed.
