The invention relates to a GSM and single-chip microcomputer based electronic lock of an antitheft door. The GSM and single-chip microcomputer based electronic lock of the antitheft door comprises a mechanical structure, a power supply, a single-chip microcomputer, a GSM module, a stepping motor driving module and a buzzer alarming module. The GSM and single-chip microcomputer based electronic lock of the antitheft door is characterized in that a phone number and an opening instruction are written into a controller through a special setting software for a theft proofing device as requirement before use; a user is assumed that the opening instruction is written into the GSM through a set phone in other place, the GSM receives a signal and sends an opening signal to the single-chip microcomputer, and the single-chip microcomputer controls a driver to drive a stepping motor to rotate, so as to open the door. According to the GSM and single-chip microcomputer based electronic lock of the antitheft door, the network communication function of the GSM and the control function of the single-chip microcomputer are utilized in the design and manufacturing of an antitheft electronic lock; the GSM module is able to perform remote control and alarm; the electronic lock with the design has the advantages of being simple to achieve, low in cost, and high in specificity, and has a certain of practicability.
