The invention provides a building door device, which comprises a case, a liquid storage container and a brake container, wherein the liquid storage container is provided with a liquid overflow opening, the brake container is provided with a liquid inlet, the liquid overflow opening of the liquid storage container is communicated with the liquid inlet of the brake container, the liquid storage container is filled with fluid, the fluid comprises water or oil, the liquid storage container is fixedly connected with the case, the brake container is connected with the case in a movable fit way, and a spring is arranged between the brake container and the case. In the use process, the building door device enables the fluid of the liquid storage container to fill into the brake container through the inertia, and the gravity and the momentum of the brake container are increased, so that the position of the brake container is lowered, a brake disc of the brake container generates contact friction with a floor, the fast closing of a movable door is prevented, and the injury of the movable door on children through clamping or collision can be effectively prevented.
