The invention discloses a water stop structure of a through-wall well wall. The water stop structure of the through-wall well wall comprises an outer protection tube, a fixing sleeve and a sealing device, the outer protection tube is a shell which packages a working steel pipe, the fixing sleeve sleeves the outer protection pipe, an annular water baffle fixing plate fixed on the fixing sleeve is arranged at the outside of the outer wall of the fixing sleeve along the longitudinal direction, annular grooves are formed in two lateral surfaces of the water baffle fixing plate along the longitudinal direction, the annular grooves in the two lateral surfaces are distributed crossly, the sealing device is fixed at the side of the annular water baffle fixing plate on the outer protection tube, and a shield is arranged at the outer side. The water stop structure of the through-wall well wall is reasonable in design, simple in structure and good in sealing property.
