The invention discloses a process capable of improving contrast yield of a fluorescence analysis raw material. The process comprises the following steps: (a) adjusting a mill; (b) adjusting a spectrograph; and (c) periodically screening a burette, adjusting the formula of grinding aids, wherein the adjusted grinding aids comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.08 part of triethanolamine and 0.12 part of Grays SCJ 809. According to the process capable of improving contrast yield of the fluorescence analysis raw material disclosed by the invention, the defects such as high failure rate, low stability and unreasonable ratio in the prior art can be overcome, so that the advantages of low failure rate, high stability and reasonable ratio are realized.
