The 3D printing head mechanism comprises a hopper, an upper cover and a sprayer device, one side of the lower portion of the hopper is connected with a support, a gear motor is mounted on the support, the sprayer device comprises a conveying pipe and a sprayer body, a heating baking tray is arranged on the sprayer body, a screw conveyor is arranged in the conveying pipe, one end of the screw conveyor extends out of the conveying pipe and is provided with a driving gear, a driven gear engaged with the driving gear is mounted on an output shaft of the gear motor, a feeding port for adding pottery clay into the hopper is formed in the upper cover, a stirring motor is mounted on the upper cover, an output shaft of the stirring motor penetrates the upper cover, extends into the hopper and is connected with a tubular stirring shaft, an internal thread is arranged on the inner wall of the stirring shaft, an external thread matched with the internal thread is arranged on the output shaft of the stirring motor, and the lower end of the stirring shaft is connected with a stirrer with a hollow spherical structure. The 3D printing head mechanism is simple in structure, convenient to use and stable in running.
