The invention discloses a non-fired hollow brick with good thermal-insulation sound-absorbing effects. The non-fired hollow brick is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-0.7 part of a polyurethane foaming agent, 8-10 parts of quicklime, 10-12 parts of portland cement, 7-9 parts of polystyrene foam particles, 1-2 parts of sulphur, 28-33 parts of coal gangue, 17-20 parts of coal gangue, 4-6 parts of nekal bx, 8-11 parts of maize straws, 1-2 parts of polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol sodium sulfate, 2-4 parts of magnesium hydrate, 15-18 parts of a synergist and a proper amount of water. The non-fired hollow brick is special in components, and is lightweight, heat-insulated, adiabatic and sound-absorbent by adding the polystyrene foam particles; through addition of foaming agents such as polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol sodium sulfate, and addition of the components such as the coal gangue and the maize straws, the prepared product has the effects of being porous, lightweight and sound-absorbent; the synergist prepared by adding a special technology has the characteristics of being light in weight, high in strength, waterproof, heat-insulated, antibacterial and mildewproof; by virtue of a non-fired technology, the non-fired hollow brick is energy-saving, and fast in construction; and waste is utilized.
