The invention discloses a shock-resistant and anti-radiation plate and a preparation method thereof. The shock-resistant and anti-radiation plate is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 10-18% of quicklime, 3-8% of mica, 4-10% of wollastonite, 10-20% of cement, 8-15% of barium sulfate, 7-10% of wood pulp cellulose, 2-5% of aluminum hydroxide, 3-8% of coal ash, 7-13% of iron trioxide, 3-8% of boron carbide, 13-20% of quartz and 2-5% of carbon fibers. Electromagnetic radiation rays such as gamma and x rays and neutron rays are absorbed by adding barium sulfate, iron trioxide, boron carbide and the like into a base material; meanwhile, the strength and impact resistance of the plate are improved by adding the mica, the wood pulp cellulose, the quartz, the carbon fibers and the like; in addition, the base material also contains aluminum hydroxide, wollastonite and the like, so that a product has fireproof, damp-proof, soundproof and water-proof functions, is also light in weight and is conveniently mounted and used. By using the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the process is simple, and the quality can be conveniently controlled.
