Ca and Co are doped in a layered perovskite nanosheet preparation process, so that the ratio of the length to the thickness of the prepared nanosheet is increased, ordered arrangement of the nanosheets in a pressing forming process is facilitated by means of the increased ratio, accordingly, the degree of orientation of the finally prepared layered perovskite ceramic material is increased, and the finally prepared layered perovskite ceramic material has preferred orientation. The preparation method of the preferred orientation type layered perovskite ceramic material is simple to operate, and the prepared preferred orientation type layered perovskite ceramic material has high degree of orientation and has magnetic anisotropy.
