Method for preparing flame-retardant floor by using waste PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastics
The invention discloses a method for preparing a flame-retardant floor by using waste PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastics. The method is characterized in that the floor comprises a surface wear-resistant heat insulation layer, a facing material layer and a bottom layer, wherein the surface wear-resistant heat insulation layer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of modified waste PVC particles, 2-8 parts of a DOP (dioctyl phthalate) plasticizer, 1-4 parts of an organic tin stabilizer, 8-10 parts of rutile type titanium pigment and 3-5 parts of a magnesium hydroxide flame retardant; the facing material layer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of modified waste PVC particles, 2-5 parts of a DOP plasticizer, 8-15 parts of rock dust, 1-4 parts of an organic tin stabilizer and 1-2 parts of paraffin; and the bottom layer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of modified waste PVC particles, 2-8 parts of a DOP plasticizer, 10-15 parts of rock dust, 3-5 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 4-8 parts of carbon black and 1-4 parts of an organic tin stabilizer. The flame-retardant floor prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low cost, wear resistance and good slip resistance, also has the characteristics of being nontoxic and free from pungent odor, and is economical and environment-friendly.
