The invention provides a power tower foundation protective device. The power tower foundation protective device comprises a leading-out connecting line led out from a pole foundation, wherein the leading-out connecting line is buried underground and is jointed with sacrificial anodes; the sacrificial anodes are arranged around the pole foundation; the structures of the sacrificial anodes are honeycomb space frameworks; the interiors of holes and the peripheries of the sacrificial anodes with structures of honeycomb space frameworks are coated with graphite layers; the sacrificial anodes are connected with a seal joint; an anode cable is led out from the seal joint and is jointed to the leading-out connecting line led out from the pole foundation. By adopting the power tower foundation protective device, the anodes are coated with the graphite layers to prevent corrosive liquid in soil from permeating, thus prolonging the service lives of the anodes; when larger current is generated, the anodes outside the foundations are first corroded, thus playing a role in protecting rebars (cathodes) inside the foundations and then protecting the whole pole and tower foundations.
