The invention discloses a screw material distributor with a heating device and a paver of the screw material distributor. The screw material distributor with the heating device comprises a spiral elevating ratchet wrench, a spiral machine case, a spiral stretching and pulling device, a striker plate, left and right main segment screws and left and right extension segment screws, wherein the heating device is arranged in at least one of main segment screw shafts of the left and right main segment screws and extension segment screw shafts of the left and right extension segment screws. According to the screw material distributor with the heating device disclosed by the invention, the heating device is located in one screw shaft; the heating device is used for evenly heating an asphalt mixture through the screw shafts which are fully embedded into the asphalt mixture when working; the heat utilization rate is high; reheating of the asphalt mixture in movement is realized; temperature storage is improved for to-be-paved asphalt which is to enter the bottom of an ironing board; and temperature segregation of the asphalt mixture is effectively reduced.
