The invention discloses a suction nozzle, including a suction nozzle body (210) and a rotating air door, wherein the suction nozzle body includes a suction hole (220); the rotating air door is positioned in front of the suction hole; the rotating air door includes a rotating shaft (251), a plurality of shifting plates (252) and a shell (254); the shell is connected with the suction nozzle body; the rotating shaft passes through the shell and is rotationally arranged with respect to the shell; the plurality of shifting plates are distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft; the shell partly covers the rotating shaft and the shifting plates and limits an air door suction hole (255) along the periphery of the rotating shaft. The invention also provides a road cleaning truck including the suction nozzle. Negative pressure can be generated at the air door suction hole by a suction device, so that the shifting plates rotate to stir large garbage at the front end of the air door suction hole so as to be convenient to collect. During the rotating plate of the shifting plates, the shifting plates moving to the range of the shell can forma a good sealed space with the shell, thus being conductive to maintain the negative pressure at the air door suction hole, and allowing the shifting plates to rotate continuously.
