According to the double-turnover gate structure, a turnover gate structure can be used for sealing a flow passage which is bilaterally opened and closed to realize unilateral flow passage opening and closing to control a water flow path to control the drainage of rainwater and simultaneously prevent flood backflush; the double-turnover gate structure is simple in structure, small in size, easy to mount and operate, low in cost and high in working stability, and has high practicability and market application value.
