The invention discloses a hand-operated movable dam. The hand-operated movable dam comprises a steel bar ground anchor part, an embedded part, a concentric shaft, a movable plate, a hand-operated pump room, an oil pipe, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic rod and a supporting rod, wherein the steel bar ground anchor part is deeply embedded in a dam foundation, the embedded part is arranged on the part, which stretches out of the ground, of the steel bar ground anchor part, and the concentric shaft penetrates through the embedded part and is movably connected with the embedded part; the movable plate is fixedly connected with the concentric shaft; the hydraulic rod, the supporting rod and the movable plate are connected through hinges, the hydraulic rod is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the hand-operated pump room through the oil pipe. According to the hand-operated movable dam disclosed by the invention, the structure is simple, the cost is low, lifting control on the hand-operated movable dam can be completed through hand operations, and the purposes of intercepting and storing water and spilling flood can be realized in a remote mountain area and places where electric power coverage cannot be realized are fulfilled.
