The invention provides a removing machine for garbage on water. The machine comprises a base, a machine body and garbage collecting nets; the base is of a disc-shaped floating structure, and the machine body which is of a cylindrical water storing tank shaped structure is mounted on the surface of the base; two draining pipes are vertically downwards mounted at the bottom surface of the base; the bottom ends of the two draining pipes are obliquely backwards bent; the two draining pipes are kept in consistent bending direction and angle and are communicated and connected with the machine body, and a remote control water valve is mounted at each connecting part; the garbage collecting nets are mounted at two symmetric sides of the base. The machine has the advantages of being nice in structure and convenient to use.
