Concrete wood simulating pile and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete wood simulating pile and a manufacturing method thereof. The concrete wood simulating pile comprises a pile body, wherein a plurality of prestressed reinforcement bars are arranged in the pile body, and are parallel with the axis direction of the pile body, and a spiral hoop bar is arranged in the pile body, and is wound at the outer side of a reinforcement cage which is formed by the prestressed reinforcement bars to form a reinforcement bar skeleton in the pile body; positioning plates are arranged at the two ends of the pile body, tension sleeves are arranged on the positioning plates, the number of the tension sleeves corresponds to the number of the prestressed reinforcement bars, the two ends of each prestressed reinforcement bar are respectively connected into the corresponding tension sleeves, and a wood simulating grain layer is arranged on the pile body, and at least covers one part of surface of the pile body. The concrete wood simulating pile has the advantages that by paving a wood simulating glue layer in a centrifugal die and printing wood simulating grains, the concrete wood simulating pile can be formed at a time, so the additional cost is avoided, and the considerable economic benefit is realized; by controlling the position and range of the paved wood simulating glue layer, the range of the wood grains is controlled, so as to meet the requirements of customers or lands.
