According to the employed technical scheme, the cantilever type steel reinforced concrete pre-stressed composite structure is characterized in that a steel frame structure is arranged on a concrete foundation, and is arranged at the outer side of the retaining wall; the cantilever part of the steel frame structure is provided with a plurality of supporting steel pipes along a vertical plane; the other end of each supporting steel pipe is supported on the wall surface of the retaining wall; each supporting steel pipe is internally provided with an anchoring cable; one end of each anchoring cable penetrates through the retaining wall, and is anchored on the soil body behind the retaining wall; the other end of each anchoring cable is positioned at the outer part of the steel frame structure, and is anchored through an anchoring plate; cement paste is poured in each supporting steel pipe.
