The invention relates to a leaked water collecting device which comprises a collecting basin, a heating pipe, a hygristor and a fan, wherein the heating pipe is arranged at the bottom of the collecting basin; the hygristor is connected with the heating pipe; the fan is arranged on the side wall of the collecting basin. After the leaked water collecting device is used, the leakage of a domestic water pipe can be found in time, and the damage to other articles caused by the leakage can be avoided in the first time.
