The invention relates to a filter for a sewer. A support barrel is a groove-shaped shell with an upper opening; a bottom plate of the filter is provided with a plurality of circular through holes which are drainage holes; hooks are respectively arranged at the two sides of the upper end of the support barrel; a separating net is arranged at an opening formed in the top of the support barrel; a plurality of elastic bands are arranged in the support barrel. The filter for the sewer has the advantages of being good in filtering effect, rapid in drainage, convenient and fast to operate, etc.
