The invention discloses a solar powering and heating house. The house comprises a house body, a roof and a bottom structure, wherein one side of the roof is paved with a solar power generation component, an electric heating layer is arranged above the bottom structure, and a thermal insulation channel is arranged in the house body; the lower end of the thermal insulation channel is provided with an air inlet in which an air inlet electronic control valve is arranged, the upper end of the thermal insulation channel is connected with an air outlet in which an air outlet electronic control valve is arranegd and an electric heating element is arranged in the thermal insulation channel; the solar powering and heating house comprises a solar heating control system which comprises temperature sensors and a temperature controller, wherein the plurality of temperature sensors are connected with the input end of the temperature controller, the output ends of the temperature sensors are connected with a first relay and a second relay, the first relay is connected with a heating resistance wire and the solar power generation component, the second relay is connected with the electric heating element and the solar power generation component and the output end of the temperature controller is connected with an air inlet electric control valve and an air outlet electric control valve. The solar powering and heating house is simple in structure, and can be used for making the best of solar energy to heat.
