The invention discloses a method for constructing external heat-insulation systems of external walls from expanded perlite heat-insulation plates. The method includes steps of (1), processing wall surfaces; (2), snapping lines according to references; (3), manufacturing materials and adhering alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth; (4), adhering the expanded perlite heat-insulation plates; (5), plastering first plastered mortar; (6), constructing the alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth; (7), mounting anchoring parts; (8), plastering second plastered mortar; (9), constructing the expanded perlite heat-insulation plates when the expanded perlite heat-insulation plates are about to be used as fireproof isolation areas; (10), constructing decorative finish layers of the external walls. The method has the advantages that merits of various methods for external heat-insulation systems of external walls are integrated with one another, domestic advanced external heat-insulation technologies for the external walls are implemented, energy-saving standard requirements of different climatic regions can be met, the method is wide in application range, the external heat-insulation systems are excellent in heat-insulation performance, weather resistance and durability, indoor heat environments and the environmental quality of buildings can be guaranteed, and power consumption of the buildings can be reduced.
