The invention discloses a self-reset buckling-restrained brace of a three-fold round steel tube. The self-reset buckling-restrained brace comprises a core tube, an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve, a first end plate, a second end plate, one or a plurality of prestressing tendons, a first cross gusset plate and a second cross gusset plate, wherein the core tube is used as an energy-consuming component, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are used as buckling-restrained components and are respectively arranged inside and outside the core tube so as to prevent the core tube from buckling, the first end plate and the second end plate are used as self-reset components and are used for tightly pressing on both ends of the core tube, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve respectively, the one or plurality of prestressing tendons penetrate through the inner sleeve, the first end plate and the second end plate, and the first cross gusset plate and the second cross gusset plate are used as connecting components and respectively penetrate through the first end plate and the second end plate so as to be connected with the core tube and an external structure. When the self-reset buckling-restrained brace is pulled to extend or is pressed to retract, the one or plurality of prestressing tendons are in pulled extension states all the time, so that the elastic recovery performance is guaranteed, and an efficient self-reset effect is achieved.
