The invention relates to a shock isolation device with tensile property. The shock isolation device comprises an isolation layer top plate and an isolation layer bottom plate, wherein the isolation layer bottom plate is provided with a buttress, a damping support is arranged between the buttress and the isolation layer top plate, and a tensile device is arranged between the isolation layer top plate and the isolation layer bottom plate; the tensile device comprises at least a group of an upper support and a lower support upper support which are arranged correspondingly up and down, wherein the upper support is fixed on the isolation layer top plate, the lower support is fixed on the isolation layer bottom plate, the lower end of the upper support and the upper end of the lower support are provided with two electromagnets with the same oppositely arranged poles. According to the shock isolation device provided by the invention, the damage on the damping support can be prevented when the damping support is tensioned, therefore the mechanical property of the damping support can be ensured; furthermore, the shock isolation device can be applied to the tensile design of a rubber seat of a new shock isolation device, and can be applied to the tensile prevention on the rubber support of the built shock isolation device; in addition, the shock isolation device is simple in structure, clear to stress and convenient to realize.
