Prefabricated steel fiber recycled brick concrete wall based on T-slot connection and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated steel fiber recycled brick concrete wall based on T-slot connection. The prefabricated steel fiber recycled brick concrete wall comprises prefabricated panels, cast-in-place connection columns and cast-in-place vertical edge components, wherein the two side edges of each prefabricated panel adopt a T-slot structure, and horizontal and vertical steel bars are arranged in each prefabricated panel; each cast-in-place connection column is embedded into the T-slot structures of two adjacent prefabricated panels to connect the two prefabricated panels; longitudinal bars are arranged in each cast-in-place connection column and nested with the horizontal steel bars in the two adjacent prefabricated panels, and connection positions are subjected to spot welding one by one to realize reliable anchoring; each cast-in-place vertical edge component adopts a longitudinal bump structure matched with the T-slot structure, and the longitudinal bump structure is embedded into the outer-side T-slot structure of each edge prefabricated panel; longitudinal bars are arranged in each cast-in-place vertical edge component and nested with the horizontal steel bars in each edge prefabricated panel, and connection positions are subjected to spot welding one by one to realize reliable anchoring. The invention further provides a construction method of the prefabricated steel fiber recycled brick concrete wall. According to the innovations of materials, a connection way and a form of reinforcement, the wall structure has the advantages of energy dissipation, seismic mitigation, ecological environmental protection and rapid construction, and is economical and practical.
