The invention discloses a novel rockery roof with the waterproofing and heat insulation functions. The novel rockery roof with the water-proofing and heat insulation functions comprises a waterproofing layer, a heat insulation layer, an adhering layer, a base material layer, a roof and a draining pipe; the base material layer is of a reinforced steel frame structure and arranged on the top part of the roof; the adhering layer is coated on the base material layer; the heat insulation layer 2 and the waterproofing layer are coated on the base material from inside to outside in a sequence; the draining pipe is arranged between the roofs; rainwater flows from a rockery into a water guide groove and then is drained through the draining pipe on the roof. The novel rockery roof is reasonable in structural design and achieves the waterproofing and heat insulation functions.
