Polyurethane foam heat-insulation decorative integrated plate and method for manufacturing same
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam heat-insulation decorative integrated plate. The method particularly includes steps of A, placing a calcium silicate plate with a decorative surface layer onto polyurethane foam equipment; B, placing another surface of the calcium silicate plate on universal foam equipment, adding raw materials with double polyurethane components into the universal foam equipment, mixing the raw materials in the universal foam equipment to obtain mixtures, then spraying the mist mixtures and allowing the mixtures to be solidified and molded after 3-10 minutes. One of the double polyurethane components is polyhydric alcohol, and the other polyurethane component is isocyanate. The method has the advantages that polyurethane is directly foamed on the calcium silicate plate, and accordingly labor and equipment for adhesion portions can be saved as compared with an existing mode for adhering a calcium silicate plate with heat-insulation layer and polyurethane combinations by the aid of adhesive; the shortcoming of air or bubble between adhesion layers during adhesion can be overcome, and the calcium silicate plate and polyurethane bonding firmness can be greatly improved.
