The invention discloses foamed wallpaper and a production technology thereof. The foamed wallpaper comprises a substrate, a plastic thin layer arranged on the surface of the substrate and a destaticizing layer, wherein the destaticizing layer is arranged between the plastic thin layer and the substrate and is one of an anti-static film layer or an anti-static powder coating layer, and the plastic thin layer is a foaming layer which is subjected to saturation foaming by super-critical gas. In addition, the super-critical gas is used for carrying out physical foaming during the production of the foamed wallpaper, and thus a forming technology of the foamed wallpaper has the advantages of less control factors, concise operation, good foaming quality, no pollution, high raw material cyclic utilization rate, large selectable range of plastic raw materials and the like.
